Do-It-Yourself Parties:
Need a place for your next party, but

Rent our space for just $15 an hour
(set up and clean up must be done
within the allotted time)

Kids' Birthday Parties (8 and up)
  • 4 person minimum (discounts for parties of more than 10 people).
  • materials to complete a bookmark
  • one knitting or crochet instructor for every 4 kids
  • set-up and clean-up!
  • Emailed invitation to your event.
* $25 per student. We have a refrigerator, and microwave, for your use. 

Optional Knitting/Crochet packages:
additional $15/child - Children can bring home with them a pair of needles and a ball of yarn enough to make a scarf.

Adult Events

Whether it's for a birthday, babyshower, \or just an excuse to get together with friends, let That Yarn Store host your
next party. We'll provide a unique experience for you and your friends
to unleash your creative side. Students could create a bookmark (basic class), arm warmer (basic class), washcloths (package) or start on a scarf
(additional package).

Parties include:
  • 4 person minimum (please ask about our group discounts for parties of more than 10 people).
  • all materials to complete a bookmark or an arm warmer (may differ if you choose another package).
  • one or two knitting or crochet instructors. (who will insist on being a part of the party)
  • set-up and clean-up!
  • Emailed invitation to your event.

Optional Knitting/Crochet packages:
Package #1: Students will be given enough cotton yarn for guests to make a wash cloth. Two patterns (beginner's and more advanced) are available. An additional $5 per person.

Package #2: Includes enough yarn for a scarf and knitting or crochet needles, plus enough cotton yarn for guests to make a wash cloth. Two patterns are available. An additional $15 per person.

Package #3: Includes enough high-quality yarn for a scarf and needles, plus enough cotton yarn for guests to make a wash cloth. Two patterns are available. An additional $25 per person.

Group Discounts:
If 10+ adults, then 10% off
If 15+ adults, then 15% off

Reservations require a $25 non-refundable deposit

Food and drink: We have a refrigerator and a microwave available.

We do allow decorations. Please consult with us before-hand


Mobile Fiber Service
Fun can come direct to your doorstep! We can also come to schools, nurseries and playgroups, Brownies, Guides, Cubs and Scouts.

Parties in a bag: We can package yarn and needles for take-home kits. This may be the perfect activity for your next slumber party.
